All parade participants hereby agree to indemnify the Great American Irish Festival, Inc., Utica Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, City of Utica, event sponsors, and all officers, agents and volunteers associated with the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and its activities, and hold them harmless from any and all claims, damages, actions, liability and expenses arising from or out of any lose, damage to property, or injury to any persons which may be due to any act of omission of said parade participants, or their agents, contractors, volunteers of employees. This agreement is executed by the authorized representative of the respective organization and shall serve to bind all persons associated with the aforementioned parade unit.
